International Student Movement - Africa
ISM-Africa is a communication platform especially for groups and activists struggling against the increasing privatisation of education and for free emancipatory education anywhere on the African continent. It was initiated to create an infrastructure to exchange information, network and make coordinations on the continent and beyond.
All identifying with this struggle are invited to use and shape the platform.
ISM-Africa is independent from any political parties, trade unions or other organisations and linked to ISM-Global.

ISM-Africa needs people who want to get involved by helping to administer the platform, share news related to the struggle in parts of Africa (e.g. latest protest activities and changes in policies) and get involved in the coordinations on the global level.
Among others the ISM website can be used to report about latest developments.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to get involved or have any questions/suggestions.
